How do I report errors in ClinicalTrials.gov?

To report errors in records in the Clinicaltrials.gov system, please complete the ClinicalTrials.gov Contact the Help Desk Form. Be sure to include study identification (NCT number), the error, and the correct information.

NLM will send reported errors to the appropriate sponsor and help facilitate correcting errors.
