Can I make a FOIA request to get copies of articles in PubMed?

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) doesn't apply to getting copies of books, journal articles or other materials from the NLM collection. Find out more about FOIA at http://www.hhs.gov/foia/.

The procedure for getting copies of material owned by the NLM is described in the FAQ, Getting Copies of Journal Articles, Books and Other NLM Materials.
