Steps to Resolve ORCID Token Issues

Step 1 — Sign Out of Your NCBI Account

  • Begin by signing out of your NCBI account to clear the current session and any expired tokens.
Step 2 — Sign Back in Using the ORCID Pathway
  • Go to the NCBI login page located at this web address: https://account.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov 
  • Click on the ORCID icon to log in. This process will generate a new access token for your account.
