There is a Journal Holdings filter that lists all the Library Groups available in DOCLINE for routing.  

To get to the list of groups:

In Journals Search, find a title, and then drill down through the Title link to the holding library level, and then in the left Holdings Filter panel, there is a "my library groups" filter, as well as a filter by library group pull-down, which includes all groups.
