The National Library of Medicine (NLM) bills customers in one of two ways: through the Electronic Fund Transfer System (EFTS) OR our fiscal agent, GMG Management Consulting, Inc. EFTS customers are billed monthly from their MLA EFTS account balances. GMG customers are billed quarterly via an emailed invoice.
