For libraries with multiple users, we recommend that each person have a unique Google account with their own email address. The email address supplied becomes the account username to log into DOCLINE. It will not replace existing email addresses listed for delivery or contacts, or be used after login.
Individual accounts provide accountability for requests and other system activity.
For users with multiple libraries, the same username can be linked to more than one library, enabling the 'Switch Library' feature.
