What should I do if I don't have access to my DOCLINE Google account recovery phone?

We recognize that some DOCLINE libraries are unable to access the recovery phones for their DOCLINE-associated Google accounts at this time. You can change the phone number associated with your Google account by following these instructions. If this does not work for you, please create a brand new Google or Gmail account, and contact the Help Desk using the button above.  In your ticket, include your LIBID along with the new email address you will be using to login and we will create a new DOCLINE account for you within one to four business days.
